What we know about the mind, is but a drop in the Ocean,
What we do know, shows us how truly amazing it is!
Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is one of the most gentle, non-invasive ways of working with our subconscious mind. It allows us to make positive and permanent change. The two key criteria, 1) you have to want the change, and 2) you have to be comfortable with the therapist you are working with.
Emotional Freedom Technique, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming when used with Clinical Hypnotherapy helps produce amazing results.
Hypnotherapy, is a naturally occurring state that we go in and out of multiple times each day. And the answer to the question, “can I be hypnotized?” is YES! Two key times, just before you fall asleep, and just before you wake up.
You will be in control, and can terminate the session at any time.
I am clinically trained, which means I have done over 600 hours of study, not a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day course.
Whilst based in Australia I have worked with people from around the world, including: Dubai, New Zealand, Spain, the United States and the Philippines.
